5. MAXIMUM EXPOSURE

The maximum cumulative exposure and/or payout per User shall not exceed 100,000 USDT (the “Maximum Exposure”), whether arising from a single bet, multiple bets, progressive jackpots, bonuses, tournaments, promotions, linked Accounts, or combined gaming activity.

Where winnings, balances, jackpots, bonuses, or payouts exceed the Maximum Exposure due to technical error, system malfunction, jackpot accumulation, or any other reason, BIT9JA reserves the right to limit the payout to the Maximum Exposure amount.

BIT9JA reserves the right to modify the Maximum Exposure limit at any time by publication on the Website.

6. MAXIMUM LIMIT PER BET

BIT9JA operates maximum limits per bet depending on the individual game, provider, jackpot, tournament, or gaming category.

Users shall not be entitled to receive winnings exceeding the applicable maximum limit per bet, regardless of whether the User was notified at the time the bet was placed.

Where potential winnings exceed the applicable maximum limit due to technical error, system malfunction, or human error, the User shall only be entitled to receive winnings up to the applicable maximum limit.

BIT9JA reserves the right to modify maximum limits at any time.

7. MAXIMUM LIMIT PER DAY

BIT9JA reserves the right to apply maximum daily winnings, payout limits, transaction limits, or exposure restrictions per User, per Account, or across linked Accounts.

Such limits may vary according to:

• the specific game;
• User status;
• VIP level;
• provider limitations;
• currency or cryptocurrency used;
• operational or regulatory requirements.

8. VALID GAMES BETS

A Games Bet shall only be deemed accepted once BIT9JA has successfully recorded the transaction and assigned a valid game transaction ID, bet ID, or equivalent identifier.

Only accepted and recorded bets shall be considered valid.

9. BETTING HISTORY

Users may review their gaming and betting history through their Account, transaction history, wallet history, or the relevant Game interface.

10. RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR (“RNG”)

To ensure fairness and integrity, Games operated through BIT9JA utilize certified random number generators (“RNG”) or equivalent gaming technologies where applicable.

RNG systems and gaming software may be tested, audited, or certified by independent testing laboratories or regulatory bodies.

11. CONNECTION FAILURES DURING GAME PLAY

If a connection failure, interruption, blockchain issue, wallet issue, communication failure, or technical malfunction occurs during gameplay, the Game outcome shall be determined by the official game server records maintained by BIT9JA and/or the relevant game provider.

For games where outcomes are generated individually for each User, unfinished game rounds may:

• continue automatically;
• be resumed upon reconnection; or
• be settled automatically according to the official game state.

Where technical limitations prevent continuation of gameplay, BIT9JA and/or the game provider may settle the game according to the last valid recorded state.

Any pending autoplay rounds, automated game rounds, or unprocessed gameplay instructions may be cancelled upon connection failure.

12. PLAYING FOR REAL MONEY

To participate in real-money Games, Users must register and log into a valid BIT9JA Account and comply with all verification, KYC, AML, cryptocurrency, and responsible gaming requirements.

13. PLAYING FOR FUN

Where available, Users may access certain Games in “Play for Fun” or demo mode using virtual credits or simulated balances.

Virtual winnings and losses obtained through demo mode have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted into real funds or cryptocurrency.

14. VOID BETS

“MALFUNCTION VOIDS ALL PAYS AND PLAY.”

BIT9JA reserves the right to declare any Game, bet, transaction, jackpot, bonus, or gaming activity void where technical errors, malfunctions, irregularities, fraud risks, or system failures occur.

Void circumstances may include, without limitation:

• software malfunctions;
• hardware failures;
• communication interruptions;
• blockchain failures or congestion;
• wallet incompatibility;
• incorrect game data;
• pricing or payout errors;
• duplicate transactions;
• suspicious or irregular winnings;
• fraud or collusion;
• bonus abuse;
• underage gambling;
• technical defects producing excessive winnings;
• system manipulation;
• unauthorized software use.

Where a Game or transaction is declared void:

• the original stake may be returned where applicable;
• winnings may be removed or reversed;
• balances may be adjusted;
• Accounts may be suspended or restricted.

15. GAMES USE

The final determination regarding complaints shall rest with BIT9JA acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

BIT9JA, game providers, software providers, blockchain providers, payment providers, and related partners shall not be liable for:

• technical malfunctions;
• system interruptions;
• connection failures;
• blockchain delays;
• wallet issues;
• data loss;
• unauthorized account access;
• misuse of Accounts;
• software defects;
• indirect or consequential losses.

The total liability of BIT9JA relating to any Game, bet, transaction, or dispute shall not exceed:

• the amount of the affected Game Bet; and
• the amount of any valid winnings properly owed under these Terms.

18. CHANGES TO THESE RULES

BIT9JA reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, replace, or update these Casino Rules, Individual Game Rules, Games, providers, jackpot structures, cryptocurrency functionality, payout limits, or any related Services at any time.
