(ii) void any bets or transactions;

BIT9JA may request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

government-issued identification documents;
proof of address;
proof of payment method ownership;
bank statements;
cryptocurrency wallet verification;
blockchain transaction records;
source of funds documentation;
selfies or biometric verification.

Your Account may remain restricted or suspended until all requested verification procedures are completed to the satisfaction of BIT9JA.

Each User may register and operate only one Account. Multiple Accounts, duplicate registrations, fake identities, altered personal details, or the use of third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Where duplicate or linked Accounts are identified, BIT9JA reserves the right to suspend or terminate all related Accounts and void any associated bets, bonuses, winnings, or promotions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, wallet credentials, authentication devices, and Account access details. All activity performed through your Account shall be deemed authorized by you.

BIT9JA shall not be liable for any losses, damages, denied winnings, restricted balances, or terminated Accounts resulting from violations of these Terms of Use, fraud prevention measures, regulatory obligations, or security procedures.

V. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

Users may deposit funds into their Account using any payment methods, cryptocurrencies, wallets, blockchain networks, or fiat payment solutions made available by BIT9JA from time to time.

BIT9JA reserves the right to verify the ownership of any payment method, bank account, cryptocurrency wallet, blockchain address, or source of funds used in connection with the Account. Users may be required to provide supporting documentation, wallet verification, blockchain transaction evidence, source of funds documentation, or any other information deemed necessary for compliance, security, AML, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.

If a User deposits funds using a payment method, bank account, card, wallet, or cryptocurrency address that is not registered in their own name or under their direct control, BIT9JA reserves the right to:

(i) suspend or restrict the Account;

(ii) reject or reverse the transaction.

(iii) request additional verification documentation;

(iv) void related bets, bonuses, or winnings;

(v) terminate the Account if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

All bank accounts registered under the Account must belong exclusively to the User and must comply with all applicable financial regulations.

Deposits made through cryptocurrency are subject to blockchain confirmations, wallet compatibility, network congestion, smart contract risks, and third-party blockchain infrastructure.

BIT9JA shall not be liable for delays, failed transactions, incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, or losses resulting from User error or blockchain-related issues.

BIT9JA may support deposits and withdrawals in fiat currencies, including NGN, and cryptocurrencies including but not limited to USDT and any additional digital assets made available from time to time.

IMPORTANT: Any cryptocurrency deposited into the Account may only be withdrawn back through cryptocurrency withdrawal methods.

Cryptocurrency deposits cannot be converted, exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn into fiat currency, including NGN or bank transfers.

Likewise, fiat currency deposits may only be withdrawn through approved fiat withdrawal methods, unless otherwise authorized by BIT9JA.

BIT9JA reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures, withdrawal restrictions, source of wealth checks, blockchain analysis, enhanced due diligence procedures, or transaction monitoring before processing withdrawals.

The User may only withdraw available balances subject to:

(i) match-fixing, event manipulation, corruption, or integrity concerns;

(iii) technical failures, system errors, software malfunctions, blockchain failures, or pricing errors;

If BIT9JA incorrectly credits funds, cryptocurrency, bonuses, winnings, cashback amounts, or any other value to your Account, you acknowledge and agree that:

(i) such amounts remain the property of BIT9JA;

(ii) BIT9JA may reverse, recover, deduct, or reclaim such amounts at any time;

(iii) you must immediately notify BIT9JA if you become aware of any incorrect credit or Error;

(iv) you must immediately repay any overpaid or incorrectly credited amounts upon request.

BIT9JA reserves the right to offset, deduct, freeze, suspend, or recover any incorrectly credited amounts from:

your available Account balance;
pending withdrawals;

winnings;
bonus funds;
cashback balances;
any linked or duplicate Accounts.

Neither BIT9JA, its employees, officers, partners, licensors, payment providers, blockchain providers, game providers, nor service suppliers shall be liable for any losses, damages, missed winnings, lost profits, market movements, cryptocurrency volatility, or financial losses arising from any Error, technical malfunction, system interruption, or User mistake.

If you become aware of any Error, malfunction, technical issue, blockchain issue, pricing discrepancy, or suspicious activity, you must immediately stop using the affected Services and notify Customer Support as soon as reasonably possible.

BIT9JA may monitor, record, review, and retain communications with Customer Support, including calls, emails, chats, and support tickets, for security, compliance, fraud prevention, training, and quality assurance purposes.
